Which chicken should I use in this recipe – Chicken Breast or Chicken thighs?
I have used chicken breast in this recipe, but this recipe can be tried with skinless chicken thighs or chicken wings. If you do not like the actual chicken taste, you should marinate this for at least 2 hours, so that the aroma of garlic and pepper is absorbed into the chicken breasts.
What are the ingredients used in this chicken recipe?
The main ingredients are of course garlic and pepper. But we need other ingredients as well to cook this yummy recipe. This recipe is not based on Thai or Chinese cooking for garlic chicken. This recipe is based on Indian cooking.
I have used onions and green chilies for this recipe other than garlic and pepper.
